We understand that your team is busy, and time is of the essence. Our iSeal sealed duct fittings provide reduced installation time since there is no need to apply sealant solution; therefore, you can bypass the lengthy curing process. As soon as the ducting is installed, the ventilation system can be put into operation.
Sealed duct fittings are also easy to set up, require little maintenance and minimise air leaks. On top of that, they also boast superior aesthetics compared to regular fittings, as there will be no sign of any duct tape or messy sealant. As with the rest of the range, all our ducting parts are built to DW 144 – the industry standard.
Factory-installed sealing for a convenient solution
The double-lipped EDPM sealing gasket provides enhanced security against leakage. Furthermore, EDPM rubber is incredibly durable. An EPDM gasket can withstand temperatures from -30˚C to +100˚C. When installed as recommended, the built-in gaskets provide superior air tightness of class D. Our sealed duct fittings have rolled edges, making them safer to install and handle whilst providing extra strength. Another critical difference is that, while our standard duct fittings are typically more economical, sealed fittings are more convenient due to their superior durability and ease of installation.
